SOLUTION WORKSHOPS AND DIAGNOSTICS

Blaze Institute has developed Facilitated Workshop methodologies that assist in providing solutions to key-organisational challenges and important issues. Solution Workshop subjects typically relate to culture, people, growth, strategy, implementation, perception or other topics that are important to a team, business unit or organisation.

Solution workshops differ from Training or Capability Development programs in that the process is entirely focused on defining a specific solution or outcome (and not on building a capability or skill in the people involved). Solution workshops are Facilitated Workshops that may be conducted on any subject matter. For example, all of the Training Programs may be converted into a Solution Workshop format.
